Terms of Use (Terms & Conditions)
Effective Date: January 01, 2025

Welcome! We are so excited to have you with us at Reflections Art ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Before you put on those dancing shoes and hit the floor, we need to go over some important Terms of Use. Don’t worry – we’ve made them as easy to follow as a basic step-touch combo.
By using our website (www.ReflectionsArt.co) or participating in our classes, workshops, and events, you agree to these Terms of Use. Think of this as the choreography for your experience with us!
1. Acceptance of Terms: Get Ready to Dance!
By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with these terms, no hard feelings, but we won’t be able to continue. Your continued use of our website means you’re ready to dance to the beat of our terms, so let’s get started!
2. Eligibility: Who Can Join?
We offer classes to a variety of age groups but we want to make sure we keep our little ones safe. To use our website, sign-up for classes or reach out to us, you need to be at least 18 years old. If you're under 18, we ask that you get permission from a parent or guardian before signing up for any classes or services. After all, we want to make sure your dance career gets off to a good start with the right support!
3. Registration and Account Information: Sign Up for Classes
When you register for our classes, workshops, or events, or create an account on our website, you'll provide us with personal information like your name, email, and payment details. You agree that all the information you give us is accurate and up to date (just like practicing your pirouettes until you’ve got them perfect!). Keep your account details safe and confidential. You’re responsible for any activity that happens under your account, so make sure your login is a guarded secret.
4. Using Our Services: Let’s Dance, but with Boundaries
We provide access to a variety of dance and performing arts classes, workshops, events, and resources. Here’s how you can use our services:
-
Be Respectful: Our space (both physical and digital) is meant for fun, creativity, and learning. Please treat others with respect. Whether you’re on the dance floor or in the comments section, keep it positive, constructive, and supportive.
-
Follow the Rules: Just like any great performance, we have a few rules in place to keep everything running smoothly. Please follow any guidelines or instructions we provide during classes, events, or through our website. We reserve the right to remove anyone who isn’t respecting the guidelines, and you might miss out on future classes or events if your actions disrupt the experience for others.
-
Intellectual Property: All of the content on our website, including images, videos, class materials, and choreography, is protected by copyright. You may use this content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you want to use any of our content for something else (like a performance or a creative project), please reach out to us first. Think of it like asking for permission before “borrowing” someone’s dance routine—respect for the work of others is key!
-
No Unauthorized Recordings: While we love seeing you show off your moves, do not record or take photos in classes or performances without permission. This is a firm boundary we have set as not everyone consents to being recorded; we are committed to respecting the desires of all of our students. We want to protect the artistic integrity of the experience for everyone involved—after all, some choreography is best kept as a surprise until the curtain rises.
5. Payment and Fees: Your Ticket to the Show
To participate in classes, workshops, or events, you agree to pay the fees associated with each service. We accept a variety of payment methods, and we’ll always let you know the total amount due before you commit to anything.
-
Refunds: We do our best to create an enjoyable experience for everyone, but please note that our fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, we might be able to offer these options depending on the situation, but keep in mind that these are subject to availability and our Refund and Cancellation policy.
-
Changes to Pricing: From time to time, we may adjust our pricing to reflect changes in costs or to offer new programs. Don’t worry, though—we’ll always notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
6. Limitation of Liability: The Show Must Go On!
We’re all about creating amazing experiences, but there are a few things we can’t control, like that unexpected slip on the floor or an impromptu sneeze during a performance. By using our services, you agree that we’re not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during classes, performances, or while using our website. Just like in a performance, risks are part of the experience, and it’s important to be aware of them.
7. Termination: Taking a Break
We have the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms of Use or if you engage in behavior that we deem harmful to our community. If your access is suspended or terminated, we will notify you, but no refunds will be given for any unused classes or events.
8. Changes to These Terms: A New Routine
Sometimes, we may need to change or update these Terms of Use to reflect new services or changes in the law. If we make any significant changes, we’ll post the updated terms on our website, so be sure to check back periodically (just like practicing your moves). If you continue to use our services after any updates, it means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing Law: The Legal Choreography
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
10. Contact Us: We Love Hearing From You!
