Media Release

Lights, Camera, Action! (and Legal Stuff...) 

By signing up for classes, you and/or your student are giving Reflections Art permission to capture the rehearsals, performances, and those unexpected moments of brilliance (and maybe a few funny dance bloopers, too). We promise to use these photos and videos responsibly—to showcase the incredible talent of our students! 

 

What This Means: 

• You grant Reflections Art the right to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of your student and/or yourself, in promotional materials, social media, websites, and other marketing efforts.   

• This includes, but is not limited to, print publications, online media, performance recordings, and the occasional "Look at these amazing artists!" TikTok post. 

• We will never sell these images or use them for anything sketchy. Pinky promise. 

• You understand that there will be no financial compensation for the use of these images (but rest assured, their God-given talent will be celebrated). 

 

Opting Out: If you’d prefer to keep things off-camera, no problem! Just send us an email and let us know in writing, and we’ll do our best to avoid capturing your student in promotional materials. However, please note that performances and group photos may still include them incidentally. 

 

The Legal Stuff: By registering for classes, you release and hold harmless Reflections Art, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of these materials. You understand that these images may be used in various media formats and that this consent is given voluntarily and without expectation of compensation.
